How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee the right vehicle, but we can often take same-day bookings depending on fleet availability at the time.
How does payment work?+
Payment is made in cash to the driver in Egyptian pounds on arrival. If you need a different arrangement, let us know when booking on WhatsApp.
Do you handle large groups or corporate trips?+
Yes — our fleet includes microbuses and coaches for up to 30 passengers, suitable for corporate transfers and tour groups.
Are there fees to cancel or change a booking?+
