Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans change. This policy explains how to cancel or change your booking with Cairo Airport Bus without hassle.
Free cancellation or changes
You can cancel or reschedule your trip free of charge if you notify us at least 6 hours before the agreed pickup time, via WhatsApp at +201033680968.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup, or after the driver has already departed or arrived at the pickup point, may carry a partial fee covering the driver's travel cost. We'll always let you know about any such fee before confirming it.
No-shows
If the driver arrives at the agreed time and there's no response or the passenger hasn't shown up within 30 minutes, with no prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and any amount paid in advance may not be refundable.
Cancellations on our end
In the rare case we need to cancel a trip (a sudden vehicle issue, an emergency), we'll notify you immediately and arrange a suitable alternative at the same agreed price, or refund any amount paid in advance in full.
How to cancel or change a booking
The easiest way is a WhatsApp message with your name and trip time — we'll confirm the cancellation or change in the same conversation.
